I started in radio years ago as a part timer. A few days later, the program director called and asked me to come in and work the overnight shift full time. He sat me down behind a microphone and 2 turn tables and gave me a five minute lesson in radio. As he was leaving, he said "play what you want, get the hang of it, you'll be fine." ( and of course that particular night I wasn't.)

 

Since those days, I have worked every shift in radio, I have been a music director and a program director. I worked on WKKW up until 1996 then went to work on the FBY. There I spent 13 1/2 years and now here I am, the afternoon driver on 101.3 The Bear. Through the years I have met alot of people and been blessed with many many friends.
